This charming restaurant is a hidden gem! Fresh food with healthy options, a cozy stylish interior and friendly and attentive service. I stopped in Sudbury while travelling and loved this place so much that I had lunch here on my way back as well. I hope to come back one day!
Themed for a Greek cuisine, open conveniently from Monday to Saturday, not large but cozy and stylish. Menu is not too long but has all the traditional Greek entrees , sides and appetizers. Service was quick and pleasant. The prices are on a higher side but justified by the plate sizes, service and atmosphere of an upscale establishment. Food quality is decent, but not exceptional.
Great food. I do not like load resturants so I really enjoyed the nice Greek music and relaxing vibe of this place.
Definitely will not be back. Starters were good in taste and presentation. Disappointed with the main course,served cold and not fresh.Later Microwaved which further destroyed the taste.
Thank you Lindsay for taking my order for a Boston cream cake. It was delicious as usual, fresh fresh and the staff took great care to get it packaged safely! It went over great as the birthday cake
We ordered the flaming cheese for an appetizer and then I ordered the lamb soulvaki and my daughter ordered the chicken. Everything tasted great, thr flaming cheese was a bit over priced. Portions were a bit small for the $26 per entrée I felt.
As soon as I came in I was dazzled by how cute and quaint this place was. I was greeted by the owner who made me feel welcome { even though I felt a little underdressed because of how fancy is place looks... and she asked me where I would like to sit and made sure I was comfortable. The waiter that came to my table was very nice, I wasn't sure what to order for my soup and sandwich and he said just the slovaquie meat sandwich was very good. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, the food taste homemade, the price for the lunch special was decent. I would definitely come again.
We decided to get together at Apollo because of the location and a couple in our group were coming from out of town. Our server, Darren, was excellent and attentive. The food was fabulous, I had the special, chicken parm, caeser salad and a light dessert. Portion sizes were excellent. Atmosphere was cozy but I didn't feel uncomfortable when our group had a loud laugh. I would recommend this restaurant and I will return on my next visit to Sudbury.
The food is not that amazing especially when you are so used to GTA-food if you tried any fast food Greek serving place is soooo much better. The price, is too high. I mean I Dont mind paying more money as long it’s worth it. So definitely not worth it. The service is awesome. When we left this place, I felt like I spend too much but when I think about the service I told myself that probably is the service why it makes it so expensive. The serving? Is not much you can actually get more servings in the fast food Greek place like jimmy the Greek and taste way better. Sorry not sorry I got chicken souvlaki dinner
My family has been supporting Apollo for longer than I’ve been alive and it was a treat to finally be able to sit down and enjoy a great meal for my Grandpa’s birthday! Toula was so sweet and welcoming to make his day great!
