Had issue with our fridge, Robert was the service technician that was sent in, diagnosed the problem, ordered part, came back when they received the part (within the time as promised), installed, all good. Robert was very professional, appreciate the service, would definitely highly recommend AS. Great job guys

Giving a one star rating is being generous. Had someone come into my home to repair my washer, was charged $75 plus tax (I understand a fee has to be charged) and one issue I was having is even worse. Makes me wonder if they are looking to make more money for doing nothing. Man said he adjusted the lock mechanism, but it works worse now then ever before. He didn't even look at the other issue I was having, just made a guess as to what 'could' be wrong. He was here approximately 20 mins, part of which he was on the phone talking about god knows what (wasn't talking about my washer issue) then proceeded onto processing the payment for his visit to my house. Tells you right there how little he did. I'm beyond frustrated and feel taken advantage of. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Beautiful Showroom and a very friendly staff that goes above and beyond to help you out. If they do not have an answer to your question, they will go research it and find out for you rather than say nothing. Would rather buy local, here, just for the after-sale service rather than go to a big box store. Go checkout there live kitchen, which is pretty damn cool!!!

Went in not one costumer in there only me, I stood up waiting for one of the three ppl there to ask me if they could help after 10 min I said the hell with it and left.. I’ll buy elsewhere

Ordered wrong part (despite having the part in their hands when they ordered it) were rude about it and never even suggested ordering the right part. Not great
