Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

I ordered the beer cheese and pretzel appetizer to go with extra honey mustard. Waited 10 extra min after suppose to be ready and Pretzels were dry, I got no honey mustard and the cheese was only filled up 1/3 of the way up the cheese cup. Very disappointing. I will not be coming back!

I don't even know where to start...when we walked in there were 4 servers standing around the bar talking - they looked at us and just continued talking. After about 5 minutes one of them walked over with an irritated looked and asked if we "needed anything" - ahhh, a table would be nice...we're not here to go shopping. We got to the table and 4 of us ordered drinks and dinner. I got my bloody Mary and it did not have a lemon so we waited for the server to come and after about 10 minutes she hadn't come so I went to the bartender and asked for lemons. She said my server would bring them....she was literally standing next to the condiment tray with lemons in it and wouldn't give them to me. So 5 minutes go by and still no lemons so I again went up and had to basically say look I can't drink my drink can I PLEASE just get a few lemons...she gave them to me but was very visually displeased that I interrupted her being on her phone for this. It then took over 35 minutes for any food to come to the table - if it were a busy night I could understand, but it was Monday and there were literally 3 tables total dining - this included our table...and we ordered 2 salads, a bowl of french onion soup, a honey pepper chicken bacon Mac n Cheese, and a kids chicken Mac n cheese. Our salads came out at the 35 minute mark and then 10 minutes later the two Mac n cheese dishes and the soup arrived...the honey pepper chicken bacon Mac and cheese had no bacon - and the French onion soup was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted - and it was less than half filled and looked like the cold cheese was laying on the bottom of the bowl...we mentioned to the waitress immediately that the Mac n cheese had no bacon and she said very snotty "uh, it's in the sauce!" and then walked away. We stirred the Mac n cheese and there was no bacon in it, and at this time we realized how cold the soup was so I walked to the bar again and explained I wasn't happy and would like some assistance with our food at the table. They brought out cold bacon for the Mac n cheese dish and did remake my soup - the Mac n cheese was so cold at this point it literally didn't get eaten...the soup was decent, but the manager said "yeah I made him open up another bag of soup and microwave it well"...it's not a nice thing to hear that you were given old soup to begin with - and even less appealing to know that the fix for this was to quick microwave me up a fresh batch... All in all it was a terrible experience and a staggeringly less than appetizing dinner.

Food was okay, drinks as they should be. But way overly packed. Me and my wife sat at the bar as it was open and within just a few minutes we had been asked to move once and then two people sat at one chair practically breathing on our food they were so close. Will not visit the bar area again if busy.

Very good price, quantity and food quality. The wait staff was also very attentive and accommodating.

I'm a Celiac (cannot have ANY gluten) and the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. Our waitress Kari even asked more about my needs to be more educated on what I needed. I didn't even think about the fries being fried with battered food, and the manager Nichole came out and went over things with me and gave me other options, they cleaned everything down and even cooked my chicken on tinfoil so there was no chance of cross contamination. The manager was educated in food allergies and it was one of the best dinning experiences I've had. A big thank you to the kitchen staff as well for being so awesome!
