Pretty average location as Applebee's go. Nice waitstaff and decent food at a fair price.

Getting worse with every visit, took forever for drinks, service horrible. Meat over cooked, asked for medium rare it was well, the server was a witch to say the least. Cortland needs a better restaurant.

Expensive for what you get. $4 For an iced tea with peach syrup and a couple peach slices. Oh and only 1 free refill. Appetizers are even expensive. Used to be a reasonably priced restaurant I now see why they are closing so many of them
