The food was great. I had the fried fish plate. The coleslaw was yummy also. More important was the customer service. They were very courteous, respectful and friendly.

I ordered a steak meal (medium rare) and it came to the table rare. The waitress came to the table and asked how things were.... I said my steak was pretty rare she asked if I wanted her to send it back to put it back on the grill. I said no I would be fine, the manager came over shortly after and apologized and offered us a free dessert. He didn't have to but I was extra happy with the way they treated me... Love this place!

haven't been in 5 years and thought I'd give it another shot, but no different than it was then. Cold food, crappy service, and overly expensive.

Our bar tender Kelly was great today! We come here all the time because the service is excellent and the food is yummy. Will definitely be back again soon!!

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and we hoped for an online order with car side pick up. We tried the app, but wanted to use guest checkout because we didn't usually eat at Applebee's and the process of making an account is lengthy. After getting our order planned out, took a picture of the credit card, then in our last step, there's a "food" charge of $2.70, but no explanation. It wasn't for items in our order, wasn't sales tax. We decide, alright, fine, click to check out and get a notice that car side pickup isn't available for guest checkout. We gave up and went down the street to Texas Roadhouse. Too many hoops, unexplained charge, having to register all your personal info. No thanks. I'll just go elsewhere.
