Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

A few weeks ago I went for lunch w/my husband, our 3 kids(all boys, 1, 6&7) & a friend. Most parents know going out to eat w/young kids isn't always smooth sailing but Applebee's has tablets at each table for the kids or family to play games on while waiting for your food. I must say that was $2 well spent. Overall we had a great time, the food was fantastic, the service was excellent & we look forward to coming back.

Great service and phenomenal wait staff. Catered to a weight watchers diet without the blink of an eye. Great knowledge on how the food is prepared and our drinks were never empty. Food portions were smaller than the last time we were there, so the inconsistency of the serving size held this rating back... otherwise it would have been a 5 star

Decided to use carside to go on a errand run today. Picked up food, got home across the city and found none of my entrees had fries with them. Upon calling I was asked if I placed the order online because receipt did not show fries. I laughed because my receipt copy stuck to the bag with a sticker that said checked for accuracy by Bailey clearly stated all burgers we're with fries. I was told to come back and pick up the rest with no attempt to appease my inconvenience. Picked up cold fries to take home to my now cold burgers.

Have gone a few times, wasn't please with the order mess up with the pick up option, tried again sit in with my family and Had a wonderful hostess which I wish I could remember Her name because she was excellent. But overall if it wasn't for the mess up on pick up I'd give 5 star!!!
