Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Everytime we stop at this location, which isn't very often anymore, something on the order gets lost in translation. Or the food comes out and is warm, not hot, and is just so so. I recommend going to a different location.

I unfortunately went to this Applebees and had a very bad experience.... After driving 45 minute to visit a friend we decided to go for the steak and half apps. Okay not our fault the half apps are from 10 to 11. So we get there at 10:35. Yes not very nice since they close at 11 but thats the company's fault for having a deal for an hour before close..... Okay so we get our appraiser and its good. Steak comes and I ordered medium rare. I get a steak thats just medium.... Okay I'm fine with that, I cook I know how it is. So I cut into this meat and its so tough that my plate is moving. I could barely chew it... So now I gotta say something cuz I'm not paying $13 for a tough steak that I can't eat. My friends steak was medium well and her's cut like butter, but a medium rare ( Id say more medium) is rubber? Ummm no. So I tell them and the waitress was nice about it and said she'd take some money off my bill. Okay cool thanks cuz I'm not eating that.... So the "manager" comes over and asks me what's wrong and I tell him that my steak is to tough. He then proceed to tell me that it "looks fine" and he doesn't understand how my peace could be tough when they use they same cut of meat for everyone.... He was extremely rude and made me feel like I was a criminal trying to just not pay. Needless to say I will never go here again! And the manager that worked the night shift on Dec. 26th 2017 should get a refresher course on how we treat costumers. Totally uncalled for!

Horrible. Just horrible. Ordered their most expensive steak. Definately not worth the 18 dollar price tag unless you love flash grilled steak. They also sent out chunky yogurt for our children. I'm still going to give them more chances just because we've been here multiple times before. It was just this time was a serious fail

Service isn't always the best. I know plenty of people whose bills got rang up completely wrong. The food is alright, nothing super special. A little expensive.

Came in with my family & we got the worst service from our waitress, Kate she moves slow and got our order wrong, besides her I will definitely come back here highly suggest anyone request a new person and not her.
