You know exactly what you are going to get with Applebee's, and this particular location was no exception. The service was great. The food was great, obviously I ordered the 4 cheese mac n cheese, its the best thing on the menu. Couldn't ask for anything more. You don't go to Applebee's expecting a "fine dining" experience, you go because you want inexpensive food, and this was exactly that!

My mom and I came in for a quick dinner at Applebees. The experience was great except for the hostess. We came into the restaurant and stopped at the empty host stand. No big deal, we waited for a couple minutes and the hostess came over to us. She immediately said “it’s a 10 minute wait”. No smile. No greeting. Didn’t even look at us, just looked down at her desk and continued writing something. My mom and I stood there for a moment wondering if she was talking to us. When she actually turned to look at us and we realized she was in fact talking to us. We said we were okay with the wait and sat down. We also noticed that she didn’t take down names for the groups that were there or anything else. When she was ready to seat people she just pointed to a group of people waiting and said “I can take you”. Everything else was great. Food was delicious and servers were very nice. I’m not super picky with restaurants since I have worked in one for several years server and host, but as a hostess you should always acknowledge people who come in and a simple greeting and smile is important to have for patrons.
Quite impressed. Came here on St. Patrick's Day for a meal and a few drinks. Pictured is the NEW crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich.
Great place to take the family out for dinner. Nice clean restaurant with a variety of food on the menu. Had a couple long Island ice teas that were good but a bit pricey. All in all it was a good experience and I would happily come back when I am in Delafield.Food: 4/5
We were having a celebratory birthday dinner in honor of our brother who passed away earlier this year. Applebee's was his favorite restaurant. Food was good, waitress was excellent, the place was clean.Food: 5/5
This restaurant location was doing an amazing job pulling it together on a busy day. There was a lot of after Christmas lunch traffic and 4 restaurant staff, including one bartender, one server, and a couple of managers. We'll done on getting orders onto tables and keeping drinks filled. Excellent service on a stressful short of staff day. My husband ordered l a burger and fries I ordered the riblets and had garlic smashed potatoes. Riblets were messy but really tender and tasty.
Food was great but took a long time. Service was great but not sure if this was a kitchen staffing issue. Would have liked to know food would be delayed. Understand staffing an issue with all food places and with flu and other illnesses could have been the issue.Food: 5/5
Nathan L was fantastic, personable and professional. He checked on our table several times bringing positivity and wit each time. Food was tasty, salads cold and entres hot. Ty!
Friendly service, clean & and good atmosphere, good food and good beer. 4 stars on food as I got the same stake dish both days and the tast & preparation, all though ok was inconsistent. All in all a good place to eat.Food: 4/5
