It has been like five years or so since I have came here. This time I find that the service could have been more frequent, however they were very friendly. The food is not that good, the steak wuz one of the worse I have had, the spinach dip had no flavor and is microwaved. The curly fries were very good though!!!
After asking for our waitress twice and the sweet hostess went to get her we waited and never saw our waitress. We were there for almost an hour. All the workers and waitresses that were waiting on others were very friendly. We did not even receive drinks. I used to love this location but am too busy to be unreasonably ignored.
Food was mostly good, wife got a chicken sandwich and it was pretty burnt. Got a replacement which was good. Service was a little lacking as our waitress was also working the bar and didn't check up on us as often as usual.Food: 4/5
I've been going here for a while now. I've a had a good amount of things off the menu. I like this applebees. The service is really good, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and the food is consistent. I would've given five stars, but I've been here a couple times and have had the cooks mess up the order. I'd go there right now if you're hungry.
I came in to get a soup and beer and really great and personable service! I believe it was Jen bartending, even while being busy she took time of it to introduce herself and learn my name as well : beer was cold and soup was hot
Went in a hour before they closed. Waitress seemed a little annoyed. I under stand. Asked for no pink burger. I ate half of it. I noticed pink. I started cutting into it to see it. Asked to speak with the manager. Manger said well you ate most of it. I literally ate half of it and cut it up into pieces. I showed her the parts. She said what do you want me todo about it with an attiude. She wasn't perfensnal about the situation. She discounted the wings when it was literally the burger I was having a problem with. She didn't say what she was going to do to make it better. She handed me the bill and walked away. I won't be returning to this Applebee's. Westmain Applebee's environment and atmosphere is more welcoming. The waiters are a lot more cheerful.
I arrived hungry took a sip of a beverage and had uncontrollable projectile vomit from moldy onion floating in the glass. Food poisoning I have come here before and never had a problem. I give 3 stars. Service was great accidents happen. Check ur glasses folks.Food: 2/5
Place wasn't busy and plenty of staff but it took forever to get our three simple orders and I got the combo appetizer plate and everything on it was cold, we were on a tight schedule or I would have sent it back. Other than that it was ok.Food: 3/5
Years ago they changed the menu and took a ton of people's favorite food/appetizers off. It appears they have changed it again and appears to be better than the last change. I stopped going last time but trying again Anyways food was good. Good flavor. Server was okay but we had a young kid and he didn't look to thrilled to be working during COVID time. He stayed far and rarely came to the table. Prices have went up but most dishes are somewhat reasonable.
The food is excellent and there are a wide variety of food options. The staff is what helps make this place exceptional. They are very friendly and will make sure everyone has good food and a good time. Every time I visit, I never leave disappointed.
