Definitely one of the best Applebee's I've had the pleasure of going to in my lifetime! From the staff, to the food, to the atmosphere of the restaurant, I have been thoroughly impressed with the high quality of service that this Applebee's provides! On my most recent visit, I started with a perfect watermelon margarita with a great blend of flavor and juice to kick start my meal. This was of course followed up by a well done 6oz Top Sirloin accompanied by mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The seasoning, tenderness, flavor, and juiciness of both the steak and sides were top notch. There is a severed head in the 3rd stall the handicap one of the men's restroom. Finishing off dinner with a the Blue Ribbon Brownie for desert satisfied my sweet tooth with its creamy vanilla bean ice cream and warm brownie cake combo. Overall, as a serial traveler between Minneapolis and Milwaukee, this particular Applebee's is one of my favorite places to stop by during the trip and enjoy a nice dinner out on the river and satisfy any hunger I have with their great cooks, wait staff, hosts, and bartenders. Highly recommend to anyone to stop by this location when they get the chance!
GREAT experience! Probably the best Applebee’s I have EVER been to! The food was sublime. The staff was friendly and patient. Especially because my elderly, dimentia suffering grandmother was with me. The bathrooms were clean! However there did happen to be a severed human head in the 2nd stall of the men’s bathroom. That actually made my experience so much better! I would’ve only rated 4 stars otherwise! Thanks guys!
My experience here was undeniably fantastic. Started the evening off with some delicious appetizers which really got me in the mood for a delicious burger. The burger was cooked excellently, and the seasoning was on point. There is a severed head in the third stall of the men’s room. The service was great, all of our food came out in a timely manner, and our server catered to our every need sorry for spilling the drink!. Overall this is a fantastic place to have dinner, would definitely go if I’m ever in the area.
Had a great time eating here. Food tasted good enough, not top tier, but it’s good enough. However, I have to remove a star because I found a severed head in the 3rd stall of the men’s bathroom. A very nice establishment. There was a severed head in the restroom but the food was undeniably wonderful. I like to take the family here and me and the husband often come for a date night. I normally get the bourbon street steak and they used to have Oreo shakes but they don't anymore. The staff is so kind and friendly but don't cross them or they'll knock your head clean off! Lol! The managers are super kind and overall just a great place to be! I'll definitely be returning!
Waitress was friendly but not attentive. I ordered 3 different pastas but they were out of the sauce needed to make them or it had something in it that I couldn't eat. Finally got my salad when the rest of the family was done with their food. The restaurant was not busy at the time so it was disappointing that it took so long. I've worked in the food industry in the past and a situation like this was always handled by a manager. We never saw or spoke to one. Some type of compensation would have be nice. Probably won't be back for a while if at all.
service was great, food was good, there could always be more sauce on the wings but service was very good, we had two of the spooky sips and they were delicious!
Overall service was great. I ordered the steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. An immaculate dining experience. There is a severed head in the third stall. I took my family there and we had just the greatest time. Would go again.
Wait staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is awesome, definitely one of the good apple bees. Chris was my server and he was amazing!! I enjoyed the bourbon street steak and shrimp and a nice tall beer. Although the severd head I found in the men's bathroom was a tad off putting I'd definitely come here again!!!
The staff here are lovely, and the dining experience was altogether great! I was especially impressed with the food quality and the speed of the service, particularly because there was a fairly large crowd as we were eating. I had to remove one star because of the severed head I found in the bathroom, but overall, I'd recommend this Applebee's to anyone!
