The food is very good. Also, my sister is on a very strict anti inflammatory diet and it’s very hard for her to eat out but had no choice because we are traveling for her Dr apt and the manager was absolutely AWESOME in helping her. They were able to have her salmon cooked only in olive oil and no seasoning she can’t have most seasonings nor any oil except olive oil her broccoli plain and a salad with the things she can have. My steak with potatoes and broccoli was perfectly seasoned and tasted very good.
We just had lunch at Applebee’s in Newton, New Jersey for Veterans Day Applebee’s is giving a free lunch for veterans and I have to tell you the food was amazing. We were greeted with smiles and thank youse. The service was excellent and the store is super clean. After we were done eating, the manager stop by and gave us a five dollar gift card towards our next dinner at Applebee’ Absolutely amazing

Went after graduation for dinner. Got the 2 for $30 deal and the 2 for $27 deal. I got the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. Hubby got the 8 oz Top Sirloin. Each with salad. Son got Spare Ribs and his GF got the 6 oz Top Sirloin. Each shared the appetizer Spinach Dip and Chips. The food was good. Served quickly and hot. Portions were just right. No leftovers. Of course we got dessert. Double Chocolate Molten Cake and Apple Crisp Blondie. The waitress was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. It was overall a very pleasant evening out for dinner with family that was also budget friendly.
Alex was our waitress and she was amazing super friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and fresh for half apps the portions were nice and filling our drinks didn't get low without Alex asking if we needed another she was great. Atmosphere was very loud from all the young kids coming in but aside from that great experience and would recommend Alex as your server! Parking: Tons of spots usually
This place is great. You can tell when the management is doing their job. Stream lined, efficient, timely and delicious. Kudos to the current staff including Lawrence who really made us feel taken care of. Definitely coming back.
Waiter came to take out order fairly quickly. We ordered drinks and food all at once. After waiting a little while, another waitress came to deliver our food when we hadn't even gotten our drinks yet. We informed her of this and she immediately went to get the drinks for us. We look over at the bar and our waiter was just hanging out at the bar talking to the bartender, ask if he didn't have anything to do. The kind waitress delivered our beers and which they seemed as if they had been sitting on the counter for a while.
Me and my mommy friends were so excited to have a evening out for some drinks and appetizers! There was no wait when we got there which made us excited bc they WEREN’T busy!! However….. we were seated in the booth by the bar. We were left there for 30 minutes before anyone even came and asked us what we wanted to drink. He was very quick that we had to shout wait we know what we’d like to order considering we’ve been sitting for over a half hour. We eat apps and have a few drinks. We pay our over bill and leave. Except I forgot my phone! I call to see if it could’ve possibly been left at the table. Alexis answers and said we sat people there I can’t check. I said ok can you see if someone has it or if it was turned in. She said NO! I ask to speak to a manager assuming they can check or to see if someone has turned it in. The manager Shelby answers and is very rude, tells me I can’t curse at her staff. Says we have your phone it’s at the bar. I never once was rude. Not to our server who was also the bartender who was obviously overwhelmed with drink orders to serve us, nor was I rude to Alexis. I just wanted my phone. We used to dine here often, however the service has changed substantially like they don’t care anymore. Just make sure you have all your belongings before you leave and ask to not be sat close to the bar and you might feel better about the money you spend.
My experience here was nothing short of excellent! Management down to the wait staff. If anyone would like a nice comfortable dinner, I would recommend this place.
I went today for lunch for the bottomless boneless wings. The service was just awful. Our waitress came to my table a total of 3 times. My cup sat empty most of the time. The food took 15-20 minutes between each serving but the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. They must have changed the chicken as our chicken was very chewy. Definitely not very happy about todays lunch. I normally love Applebees
