The restaurant was not busy at all we were seated and given one menu for the two of us and had to ask for another menu. Upon being seated we was asked are we ready to order food we were being rushed we said no we wanted drinks. After our drinks came we were asked again so we ordered. It was a little after 7:00 pm and the waitress said that my burger was still being cooked when we ordered and didn’t get our food until 8:00 pm a whole hour to get a surprise I ordered the new neighborhood burger and it looked like it was made with no love at all I received two what looked like one burger ripped in half to make one and my fries were ice cold my dates mashed potatoes were hard and cold and her broccoli was turning brown I’m absolutely displeased with the service and the food.
1stly, I just want to say, the food was good cold but good. We ordered carside pickup. Waited in pickup parking & got no assistance. Wasn't very busy, so I sent hubby in to get our items. I ordered the chicken Alfredo & onion rings. Maybe be slightly more attentive to customers pulling up & maybe more onion rings too
It’s been a very long time since I have been to a restaurant where everyone was so kind and inviting. We came after a wedding rehearsal spur of the moment with over 20 people and they accumulated us with such enthusiasm and kindness. The manager Jennifer, just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She said “hey you’re the one we were waiting for” that means a lot, she has an outstanding attitude and Applebees should consider themselves lucky to have her. Robin the server, well she was just as great as the manager, she was calm and kind and did not seem overwhelmed at all by the group and that’s not an easy task. Thank you Robin and Jennifer for a wonderful evening. I will certainly be back. Kid-friendliness: Yes, very much so Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair and the manager greeted us and helped pull my chair in and was so sweet and friendly
Quality control is HORRIBLE. You are throwing your $ in the trash here. I door dash-ed 2 chicken wraps last year. They had all of the ingredients MINUS the chicken. I thought I was crazy and had my husband check the app to make sure I was not missing something and chose to not include ingredients in my order? Nope I placed orders correctly….but received just lettuce wrapped in a tortilla! It’s acutely so pathetic it was funny! Anyways now, a year later, we decided to try them again. Had a good oriental chicken salad other than the chicken strips being a bit hard. They gave a nice portion of chicken and 3 dressings. I ordered the exact same thing again this week. The equivalent of one tiny chicken strip cut up was on top and one dressing that was only half full was given. Literally it did not cover even half of the lettuce. This location absolutely sucks. In my opinion, total waste of your money!

Recently celebrated my son's birthday here as this is his favorite restaurant. The service was excellent, Vanessa G was exceptional. We had a party of 11 and Vanessa G was our head waitress. We enjoyed our time and our food was delicious. Highly recommend by my son and family. A+
One of my main and favorite eateries. The manager was so nice about helping me with a question I had about a gift card. Can't remember my waitresses name but she was on the ball awesome!!! It's people like her that should be in the table waiting business. What a great attitude and work ethic. This gal didn't slow down the whole hour or so I was there. Very personable and professional. The Elyria restraunt does a great job preparing your food and cooks it just to your liking. Check them out soon. Got some very good food and some great folks preparing it and taking good care of you.

It meets the standards of what you'd expect for an Applebees; not bad, but nothing to write home about. The servers are usually nice and helpful, the place is clean, the manager was caring, but the food left a bit to be desired. 4/5 for this experience.Food: 3/5
I dined here recently and the only reason I am giving a 2 start is because I had a great server, I don’t remember her name but she had blonde hair, very well presentable and started with a T. For the rest of things it was a literal nightmare. The host was rude she was pregnant so I understand that perspective but it wasn’t that busy and I got put on a wait and when asked why it was basically because I said situation which we almost walked out. I ordered a sirloin and it took absolutely forever for the dish to come out and when it did it was overcooked. My server kept apologizing to me about everything which like I said I understand it isn’t her fault at all but even the drinks I ordered with a unpacked bar took ages. At the end I asked to speak to a manager and her name was Kate, or something of that nature and she took forever to come out and actually speak to me and when she did she was just very straight forward almost stern seemed in a mood but what really did it for me was she said sorry we have been busy as I looked around at empty booths and tables surrounding my family and I. I appreciate the waitress because she was the only one who was actually speaking the truth and was not rude to me or my family she did everything she could and that is all I ever cared about, of course I got a discount but that wasn’t even what I was worried about just getting a good meal which I haven’t ever had the trouble at other AppleBees locations and the excuse from the manager is what truly did it for me. I won’t be back and I hope some things change with the staff here because while out waitress was great, very presentable and put together, the host looked like she rolled out of bed and had a vendetta toward life. Anyway I hope you can move forward from my feedback as it is very honest.
