Apostrophe Cafe & Lounge

I absolutely love this little hidden gem! Apostrophe can be a little hard to find, as it's inside the Proctor's Theater building, but it's a must visit. The food and coffee are all local, and there's plenty of space to sit. It's also great on winter Sunday's when the farmers market is in there or on days when there's free live musical entertainment.

Poor customer service, I asked for a small white choc. Rasp coffee. I got charged for a latte. When I asked what drink they gave me. They told me a white chocolate Rasp is normally a latte. Even tho I stated a small coffee! They were rude about it, didn't refund me the difference of a latte vs. A coffee. Provided no reciept. And when I walked away to sit down. They began talking about it. I'm not sure how such rude people got hired to work with the public. Sucks that a place with good coffee, will lose a customer because they don't know how to treat people.

The food here is great and the cashiers are nice. My favorite thing to get here is the flavored Italian cream soda. Their frozen chocolate shakes are good too.

They made chicken cutlet in the morning,set them out all day,and wanted me to pay full price for all intents and purposes leftovers I declined and got some great covfefe!!!!!
