Apollo's Pizza

Their pizza was good. Service was good. We had the spicy shrimp pizza and apollo's special pizza. An appetizer of wings, they were able to do half mild and half honey garlic. The wings were advertised as jumbo, but they were just standard size wings. The carrots and celery that came with the wings were jumbo. Over the dining experience was good, you can't compare and shouldn't compare this local favourite restaurant to the big cities. Social distancing measures in effect. Vaccination passport is required.

The bruschetta with feta was delicious, but it missed something, like balsamic vinegar drizzle, to hold it together. The garlic bread served with the pasta was fantastic, but the pasta was a bit undercooked. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious! The ciabatta bun it was served on was perfectly soft.Food: 4/5

Visited June 30, 2022. First time back up this way since all the COVID commotion. Our family would always stop here because the pizza was fantastic. I took a look at their website and noted the pick up special which is advertised as any 2 toppings, 2 pizza special. The 2 XL pizzas is advertised as $35 tax included. I call in my order and say I want the pick up special and place my order. Upon arrival I am charged over $50 for my order. I ask what is going on and am directed to the manager on duty. He informs me the business is under new ownership and the website has not been updated. He said the only accurate pricing is in their printed menu in-store. I found this totally unacceptable, a total bait and switch, false advertising. The woman working the cash told their manager they should honor the listed price, but he wouldn't listen. At this time I told him to keep the food and I'll never be returning. I actually forgot to write this review, but I stumbled across their website today Oct 11, 2022 and they still have the same pickup deal listed. Greasy way to conduct business, AVOID.

We used to get delivery a couple times a month but not so much now. Think it's under new ownership. The food is good but a little pricey. When you call in to order it's always super noisy in the background so make sure you talk loudly and have them repeat your order to you or it will likely be wrong when it gets to you. Ordered 4 cheeseburger specials and they brought only one, guess they couldn't hear properly with all the noise. Asked if they take debit on delivery and they said yes, when the driver got here they said no debit. Overall good food but have to be careful when ordering.

I usually try fish and chips at every restaurant I go to and this place takes the win for worst fish and chips I've tried its like a bigger version of your grocery store high liner fish and chips and fries were under cooked. I suggest if you want repeat customers remove this from your menu ASAP. Just horrible. Also make some real beef gravy the one I tried tasted like vegetable gravy. Pizza was ok

We went on Friday at 5:30, which is their busiest time. All tables were full and they only had 1 staff working- service, bar, hosting, bussing. A host/busser would be recommended for this time period. But the food was delicious and big portions!Food: 5/5

Great place for pizza. We tried ordering pizza and wings for take-out. Great staff and their service is fast. Though wings are overly breaded, so a bit soggy when cooked. Pizza is great nonetheless. Would recommend to others to try this lovely place.

Came to this incredible spot before a camping trip. Firstly, the service was outstanding! Despite the hot temperatures and an unconventional climate as a result of COVID, our server was fantastic! I don't remember her name, other than that she had been working there for 23 or so years. Thank you. I ordered the meat lovers small pizza and it was fantastic. Even in the 40 degree heat lol I would definitely recommend Apollo's Pizzeria!

Fantastic service with too many great choices on this varied menu. The greek salad was so delicious and fresh. The feta was soft and creamy like goat cheese and the dressing so flavorful. The Greek pizza was also greatly delicious, lovely crust. A delicious meal in a great environment. Hope to return soon.

The most amazing pasta and garlic bread that you can have it.... Love the food.... would definitely tell others to go there. Good service. Full friendly and warm environment.
