Fantastic facility and team. They were all incredibly helpful and the storage unit was clean and safe. A great location which came in very handy. I would highly recommend.
The person who runs this place is disgusting. He sleeps in the building and is always late and I don't think he even has a shower or brushes his teeth before opening the place up. I've seen his attitude to other customers as shocking. He's made advances to a girlfriend of mine while she was next to me! I've moved my items to another facility because I can't stand this manager anymore. He needs to be replaced with someone who has a bit of personal hygiene and a better work ethic. A friend of mine has had a couple of things go missing...do not trust this bully of a manager. He is what's wrong with society and should not be welcome in this great city
I've had a unit here since summer 2017, nice place and great staff. However, I've been informed there is going to be a price hike from next month, an additional £15 a month!
They have got some good offer storage facilities
