Absolutely Terrible General Contractor, wish we could give 0 rating. Horrible communication and as mentioned in several other reviews, DOES NOT PAY. Don't be fooled if they pay you on a few projects, eventually they will stop paying you when it is worth it for them. Save yourself the headache and reject any RFQ from them, and if you must work for them, allow an extra 20% on your price for interest and legal fees.

Worst general contractor in the Toronto area, This is victor with Zetta Construction ive worked for this company on a few jobs, they usually take over 200 days to pay, if paid. I am currently looking to get paid for hold back for over a 20 months and nothing gets done. Ive tried contacting accounts payable at head office at 16 McCarville Street Charlottetown, PEI, C1E 2A6 and always get accounts payable voice mail, Wendy is nothing but ignorant with all contractors. I am tired of this and will pursuit legal action. Dont work for this company this will be your absolute nightmare to get paid.
