Apex Physiotherapy And Health Clinic

Apex physiotherapy has been helping reduce my lower back pain and stiffness over the last few weeks. The staff is really friendly and understanding. I received great customer service. Their total approach to my back issues include some massage, stretching and daily exercises which help to strengthen my back. I am seeing great results and would recommend this to others.

Not very welcoming or professional. I went in for a glute injury and they kept wanting to treat my hamstring. When I told them that certain stretches my massage therapist showed me worked better they said that those stretches were for the wrong area. The therapist I had, left me during the visit and never came back, I did some stretches in the gym and he still never came back so I left. When I didn't call to make another appointment they called and left an angry message on my machine. I had better treatment doing it myself at home using Dr Ho's and stretches. They also told me the wrong day for my first appointment so when I showed up they didn't have an appointment for me and I had to come back again the next day.

Very professional,Very pleasant, very effective! Great customer service..Amrit kahlon is a great physiotherapist who listens to the patient and takes care of them with great attention..I would highly recommend to anyone suffering with any injury to get in touch with Apex physiotherapy clinic

Had appointment for 545 calls me at 430pm tells me come right now I coudnt come right away then she puts me on hold for 10 mins tell me to come at 730pm #placeisweak
