Amanda is the best nail tech I've ever had. I've been going to her for a couple of years now and I've never been dissatisfied. Her prices are very reasonable, especially considering her level of talent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nail tech who goes above and beyond.

Had been here before to get my brows waxed. Was great. Loved the service. Booked an appointment over 2 weeks ago and was called the day before to be told that the esthetician was away and they need to reschedule! Very disappointing considering I had already moved an appointment to accommodate her schedule as she doesn't work on Tues or Wed. Would understand if maybe she was sick or it was a family emergency. But from what they told me she is just taking the day off. Guess she didn't bother to check her schedule before booking the time off. Wasn't able to reschedule as I am on vacation the following day! Thanks for nothing. Definitely won't be returning or recommending them.

Only tried the nail services but I love going here. Good music, cute place, they all speak English so communication is good. They keep up to date with trends always have the nice jewels and can pretty much do whatever you ask for. Prices are reasonable for what they offer as well.

Booked an appointment to have my eyelashes tinted on my lunch break from work. Booked the appointment for 12pm. Was greeted and asked what I was there for...told them i had an appt. to have my eyelashes tinted. Was told to take a seat. 20 minutes later someone came up to me asking what I was there for...told them again and was advised that the lady who does eye lash tinting wasn't in today. Will never use this salon ever! Wasted my lunch break. Not happy at all!

Horrible service. Paid for shellac nails with what a mat cream color. Came out looking like a top coat. Plane and ugly. I complained that the color isn't what I wanted or chose and they didn't do anything for me. "Too bad you chose it" she said. Worst customer service ever with depressed girl!
