I was very pleased with the apartment we booked. The room was very clean, it had all the facilities we needed and it was situated close to all the places we wanted to visit. I had a few issues with the initial booking of my own fault and the customer service was great and very helpful. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely book again when I’m back in Prague!!

Excellent location, great apartment, central located, easy access to transport, restaurants and tourist sites. Apartment has everything you need to self cater, only downside was the heating system wasn't adjustable so very warm to sleep in, had to opent the window to cool down the rooms.

The location is at a central place that you can easily walk to any landmark and also next to the transportation. They use the online check in which is a really convenient way and friendly for tourists. They will show step by step how to find the residence with guide photos. Also the room is pretty big and with full kitchen equipments. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful apartment it was. Me and my two children loved it. Very specious, spotlessly clean and best of all very close to all touristic sights. Highly recommended.

Great located, nicely decorated, spacios and very clean apartment. Has all necessary equipment. VN3 Terraces team was very helpfull, providing every information we needed including parking place for our car very close to the apartment. We would definetely like to come back.

Do you have babies? This place is nit for you. Do you wont to cook at apartment? Not for you too. It is not a hotel, and not an apartments building, it's office building, that take two floors for an "apartments". The walls were thin, so we heard all the other guests. Apartment with two bedrooms is big, but not furniture enough,so it's look like comfortless. Also it was cold in bedrooms we were in december, but there wasn't options to regulate temperature. Also there wasn't a bath, but at the picter was and stuff knew that and didn't inform us until I ask them. But suddenly it was late and I couldnt cancel my reservation. Also one of the bedrooms was without door knob, so we can't close it. The same room hasn't bedside table,it was very uncomfortable. We didn' get toddler bed, and get it only after ask one more time. But it was baby travel crib, and bottom was almost on the floor, and since the room was cold, the child got sick. Bathroom without towel dryer and and since the room was never cleaned and the towels were not changed, they almost did not dry out. Also it was durty. The check in time is in 3 p.m and you cannot get in ю a minute earlier, even if the room is ready. Nobody inform you about this. Also the place is so big and they havn't a place for luggeg, so you should go to reception that locketed in 10-15 minutes from there or get taxi there and then back. Ah you cannot come close to the enter of reception because the street is closed for cars, so you should crabed the luggeg for 50-100 meters. The same is with building apartment enter, taxi stop 300-500 metr from enter. Kitchen was without pan, there is a dishwasher but only two tablets, the wasn't kitcen towel, the kettle was broken and durty. The people in reception always sent us to housekeeper and didn' resolve the problems. The wifi was slow from evening to morning, and there wasn't signal at bedrooms.

Fab, Fab, Fab we absolutely loved our apartment no 613 , if we could live here we would, we loved it so much we are planning to come back again soon and hope we can get the same apartment, everything we needed, though we would rather have a washer than a dish washer, will highly recommend on TripAdvisor, cannot praise enough.
