Consider changing the name to Anytime as long as you've already got a membership Fitness because there's no staff at this location until 11 am so for anyone trying out new gyms at 9 or 10 am they're closed. I won't be coming back to try it out because my workout schedule actually needs an early start and I'm not able to wait until eleven to see if this gym fits my needs. Edit: After talking with the owner of the gym I have arranged to get access to it when I need to. He called me personally and was very courteous and understanding of my frustration. I've changed my score from a 1 to a 3. If the gym fits my needs then I may increase this score further. Edit 2: I've been going to this gym for over a year now and while I was initially frustrated and then skeptical of how good it would be it has turned out great. I love having 24 hour access and they have enough equipment that you generally don't have to wait long for anything. It probably depends what time you go though.

Showed up there rather late and forgot to eat dinner. One of the trainers offered me one of his personal protein bars so I wouldn't pass out! Good atmosphere and kind people.

Absolutely one of the best locations in Western Canada in terms of service, staff and equipment. Michelle, Deanna, Heidi and the whole team are superb and restored our faith in customer service. We enjoy frequenting this location and have been a member for years. Thank you for the amazing support of the staff here!

Good locally owned gym. It's got friendly staff and the environment is inviting for anyone from beginner to experienced lifter
