First time booking at this place since I'm in Montreal. You have to put your car in line have your paper ready and know your Km. I wish that was told by email . Anyways, it's not a big deal. The process was quick,probably less than an hour . Although , toward the end they wash your car but don't dry it. I received my car in worst condition than when I gave it. It was full of water spots, had to spend time to clean it again . A little disappointed on that part.
