The ACFP is a group of compassionate volunteers providing food and resources that sustain health and human dignity. We strive to collaborate, advocate and increase public awareness to achieve food security for everyone in our community.
The Antigo Community Food Pantry is staffed by a group of dedicated, compassionate volunteers and is open Wednesdays 11 am. to 3 pm and Fridays 1 pm to 3 pm.
During 2017, the ACFP served 750 families. The average household received supplemental food; non-perishable foods, potatoes, meat, bakery, and fresh produce. The produce is donated by the Salvation Army, Walmart, Quik Trip, potatoes come from local growers, and bakery from local bakeries. ACFP purchases essential non-perishables to keep the shelves stocked. Despite the fact that ACFP has food available, it is in need of additional things to provide good nutrition and hygiene. A "shopping list" is listed below is available at www.antigofoodpantry.com. If you have time, your are encouraged to volunteer at ACFP.
