These are very nice people, easy to work with, and when it comes time for my college check to come in, bills that I have from AWCA are the first ones to get paid.  They've always worked with me on payment arrangements, and have always been friendly, not rude and demanding, like most bill collectors.  Their whole staff is very professional, as well.

would love to pay off my debit but they are never there and they have no website to pay it off .... also they keep taking me back to court and increasing what i owe as i do not live in Indiana..... i receive no notice of there court hearings and now i just recieved something about being punished for not showing up
