As a truck driver driving through this town for work… who knew I’d stumble on the best pizza I had in my life not even kidding. Great sauce, great cheese, no box full of grease. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks as well… definitely recommend
Been putting up with the quality of this pizza place going down hill for the last year. After tonight I won't be going back. Pizza was delivered ice cold and looking like it was a few days old. When we called to complain they basically called us liars. With 6 other pizza places in Ramsey it is easy to say good bye to this place.
Honestly food is not bad but very inconsistent for sure, never gets a order correct. Tonight I ordered dinner at 5:30 it’s 7:30 and hasn’t been delivered and can’t get anyone on the phone. I’ve been ordering there for over 10 years and spent well over 10k but I’m am done with them horrible service over years and food quality is very inconsistent, always missing something missing
I had a party catered from ordering here and they do a spectacular job. I had more than enough food and I still have leftovers a week later.
Used to be great, but has gone downhill. Not only has the taste changed, but their delivery is always late, cold and sloppy. They must have changed owners or management. Sad.
We will never go to this restaurant again not that we did much to begin with their food is gross but we will now tell our friends not to go as well. The high school students keep these Main Street restaurants in business. But Anthony Franco’s will actually walk up to a student who is sitting with friends that ordered food and tell them to leave because they didn’t order food maybe they didn’t order cause your pizza is garbage. This is such bad business and rude.
Terrible. Took over an hour for delivery. We ordered a chicken primavera..the chicken was undercooked and pink in color..and side spaghetti was absolutely cold. They even forgot the dressing for our salad. Absolute Waste of money. Was unedible so threw it in the garbage. Not ordering from here again.
Let me start by saying that I have been ordering delivery from the Ramsey location 3-5 times a month since 2019 when I moved to the area. Before that from the Paramus store. This place is honestly hit or miss, but normally I let it go. Not tonight.I ordered a WELL DONE pie at 9.25 PM. I was told 30 to 40 minutes which makes perfect sense for a WELL DONE PIE. I'm at least 8-10 minutes from the restaurant, and not 15 minutes later I get a knock at the door. Long story short? This pie was an under cooked, Ice cold rubber biscuit. When I called to complain, I was confronted by the actual guy who made it. He proceeded to challenge and preach to me that the pie WAS cooked properly, and that he has been making pies for 13 years. My friend; I don't care if you have been making pies for 13 minutes like mine. No one is perfect, and this time you messed it up. Insead of apology and owning it, I got a bad attitude from you. The owners should be aware that you lost a good customer tonight because of it, and anyone who may have been a referral from me down the road. Your pie guy needs to work on his communication skills or perhaps let someone a bit more diplomatic deal with the customer grievances. BTW; I never heard of ordering a pie EXTRA, EXTRA, WELL DONE. Are you serious guy?
Horrible. The owners / management are so disrespectful & refused to send us missing items from our $150 order. I will NEVER order from here again. The pizza was good but the owners response to such a small issue- was so disheartening. Missing items happens… all it took was a simple sorry about that- and sending over our missing items. Instead the owner kept insisting I was lying & giving us a hard time.
THE MOST Inconsistent Place!!!!! Last night was the worst.. ordered pie well done as always..told them three times well done please. Not only was it not well done . it was cold and the salad that I ordered was handed to me by the driver who said oh the bag is wet but don't worry the pizza is fine I checked inside. The salad was in a bag with the chicken parm sandwich. The bag was dripping with oil and vinegar it was a MESS.....must HV held the bag upright. I HV no clue.. Dripped all over the box of pizza. I called to complain and was not too happy with the so called guy in charge. He said if you want a new pie I'll pick up the old one... Buddy!!! You can HV the old one. Then I was asked if I ate any of it. Long story short the worst customer service!!!!!!! Proper customer service is..I'm so sorry I will get you a new order immediately...don't argue with your customer... Wish I could attach a picture but not sure how to.
