We ordered food today , it was awful food, it wasn’t eatable, when we called store they just avoiding our calls and when we asked about refund they declined it. The manager is very rude with us. Never gonna to buy food from here, not gonna to recommend anyone this place. They have no courtesy how to talk with customer.

Im sorry but not coming here again. This restaurant was very busy with previous owners but with this new owner lots has changed for worse. Absolutely horrible and old food served to me today... went and spoke to the owner and made all the excuses in the world instead of accepting the facts... just at this liquid in my rice????? What a Waste of time and money...

UPDATE December 2022 This restaurant is under new ownership, and is much worse than the 5 star review I gave the previous owners. The food is now terrible, portion is worse, and the service was horrible. It’s a shame, I asked the new owner for some garlic sauce and he replied very rudely it’s already there. I would not normally go to the trouble to edit this review but it’s THAT bad and I wish I had known before. Miss the smiling and happy gentleman that used to work here. Previous review a year ago: My new go-to for shawarma in Vaughan/Woodbridge. I've been here twice before and had a good dinner specials, so we decided to order a $60 family meal to celebrate my daughter's first birthday. I was really pleased at the quality and amount of food provided. The rice was perfect, tasty. Both lamb and chicken were tender and juicy, and good portions. I appreciated everything being ready for pickup as I was running late. The owner even helped take the food to my car. A good value, there are a lot of great specials here. I've tried a lot of other places since moving here and while others have been hit or miss, the personal touch here will keep me returning.

I got the chicken souvlaki take out for lunch break and this food SLAPS. Hot and fresh. I’ll be back!

Fair portion of Shawarma , $9 with pop . Taste was better than average . Not very filling . Server was in a rush . Lady at counter was polite and wished everyone nicely . Was good over all but lacked the punch to get 5 star . I would give 3.5 but not 3 or 4 .

Honestly some of the best food I have ever had. Some people complain about the food tasting different but they clearly don’t know good food from the dirt on their shoes. Don’t listen to negative reviews. Try it yourself then decide. Would recommend this to anyone.

The Way the chicken was prepared or marinated. It was really juicy and Flavourful. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the veggies or topping that went into Shawarma were really cold and destroyed the taste. As eating cold with juicy Chicken is not really a good experience.

The food quality of this location just gone down, nothing really tasty,not sure they even taste their food. Beside the taste the chicken is too dried , I think they show us fresh chicken but serve another one. Staff is friendly in general , but when your food tastes is that bad , being good greeter will not help much. I also feel their plate is little bit more expensive than other shawarma places.

Service is unprofessional and rude . They charged me extra because I asked for half fries and half rice. Which most places give you without any extra cost. They wouldn’t give me Tahini sauce because they said it’s meant for falafel, when I ask for whatever sauce at other stores they have no problem giving it to me. Poorly packed as well. Gave me a small portion. The person making my food wasn’t wearing any gloves and it was very unsanitary. There are much better shawarma places in Vaughan that serve better. Don’t come here unless you want to get ripped off.
