My boyfriend bought me a beautiful necklace for my birthday. In two weeks a crystal had fallen out. I took the necklace back so it could be repaired. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks. Well I dropped it off on April 6th, it's now June 26th. Thats 11 weeks. Still no necklace. The ladies in the store have a "it's out of our hands" attitude and have done nothing to help me get my necklace tracked to see where abouts it is. I will not be buying from there again.
