Horrible customer service. I arrived on time for my appointment that was rescheduled not once but twice. Once, I got there, door was closed. I called the salon and finally, a man from outside came to open the door. When I asked if I had to wait long, I was told that I'll have to wait longer because I was a "new customer" and that old customers have priority... So Nope, never again, no thanks!
