Had such a great experience with animo, The groomer was so patient with explaining everything she was going to do. It was our first time and our puppy’s first time. Our puppy was so comfortable with the staff and the staff was so helpful. Highly recommend

Food and toys and treats and grooming sessions... this charming establishment in the center of Lachine is one-stop shopping for my ever-demanding feline. I cannot say enough good things about the way I have been treated there... these wonderful people deserve far more than just five stars.
The staff here are super friendly and helpful! My Aussie shepherd got a great groom, breed appropriate, and even got a free scarf for being a good boy.
Love this pet store. They have alot of options, decent prices, very friendly service, and also dog grooming. My dog went for his first grooming ever and they were super nice with him and patient even though he can be a bit difficult sometimes. I would definitely recommend!
Animo Lachine is an excellent pet store, and groomer destination. I cannot thank the staff enough - Josée, Jaime, Donna for their excellent service, kindness and friendliest service over the years. Donna was our Junior's groomer for many years my senior bichon frisé. She loved Junior as much as we loved him, she was patient with him, and also nailed the bichon frisé cut every time. I just love Donna!
Absolutely excellent service the best we have ever had , from the moment you walk in , you are greeted with a smile , the owner and her entire team are helpful ,professional , kind , knowledgeable . Our golden is anxious to arrive and once he knows he is going to be groomed he gets very nervous , I feel at ease knowing the team will take good care of him . Anna
