Good pricing and staff, but animal care is less than mediocre, especially for birds and rodents.  Not very impressed with it, and I will only shop here for accessories.

They have a lot of products which is pretty good but their prices are higher than most pet stores. I only go there in emergencies.

Wonderful service, clean and lots of products. My only issue is that whenever I go in to find a female rat, they never seem to have any. I asked the woman working and she said there'd be some on that Thursday, but there were none there
