The staff is great! They're very welcoming and always willing to help and answer your questions. Their knowledge about pets and their requirements and needs are beyond adequate, they truly know what's best for them. This pet store is far from my home, but this is the only pet store I am willing to go to. PLUS, they have cats and dogs roaming around like come on... that's too cute!
Very positive time there, really respectful staff. I had to pick up some new fish for my Aquarium, shared a laugh with the cashier and off I went. I highly recommend, lots of fish accessories! 'Will definitely return!
We love the store. It is always spotlessly clean and all the animals are well cared for. The fish tanks are clean and very well maintained. I have never seen any dead fish in the tanks unlike some places I have been to. The staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable in all aspects of animal husbandry. Our dogs also like their visits to get their nails clipped. The staff know how to handle them and always make the experience a positive visit. Bravo and please keep up the great work.
Been visiting this pet shop for 2 decades and have always been well served. Great selection of everything including fish species. The store cats are always good boys too.
The staff is kinda rude, feels like you are troubling them just by being in the store. I didn’t ask anything but when he asked me if I needed help I said yes and ask for Hamster litter he said - in the back and left... I felt like okay... Plus it STINKS!!! I had to breath through my mouth. Every other pet store smells good. There is a difference between clean pet smell and dirty cages.
Wide selection of food, tools, treats, and toys. Prices are within dimes of Amazon so I prefer to shop here, where someone can give me recommendations and I always find what I need. Friendly kitties to greet you too.
They have a great variety of fishes and invertebrates. I could easily find the fish accessories I needed. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

My go to place, staff is really helpful and know their stuff, compared to those big chain stores. Staff is always very nice I always found what I'm looking for. Items are less expensive then chain stores, would defenitly recommand. They are 2 friendly cats in the store which makes it feel very homy.
First day I went there I thought my experience was great the owner and staff were amazing. We bought a 20 gallon aquarium for a great price but I found it odd that it was the shelf model that the owner gave us and when I asked why there was no box he said it's my last one and at this price are u really gonna complain for a box... so I thought it was ok. We bought 3 goldfish because the owner said that's what we needed to start the ecosystem for the aquarium for the first 30 days so that the goldfish would create the bacteria and organisms for our new fish to be able to live in the aquarium... so after 30days we could bring our goldfish back and buy our new fish of our choice. NOW!!! We get home and install the aquarium and about 3 days later I noticed the tiniest trickle of water on my mantle table where we put the aquarium and found that odd but wiped it off thinking it was condensation from the temperature change. I left for 4 days on business and my wife was feeding the fish while I was away and when I got back I noticed more water trickling down to the point where my égyptien mantle table is damaged and my floor had a hand sized puddle on it... I couldn't figure out what is wrong and I'm very upset. I can't move the aquarium it weighs so much with 20 gallons of water in it... and I don't know what to do because if I remove the fish and empty it then the fish will surely die and that will sadden me very much. I called the pet store and there was never an answer I went to the pet store and found them to be closed and it says something about some electrical damage and that they are closed down for a while... that sucks!!! So now I have a trickling leaking aquarium with 3 goldfish and a mantle table that is damaged and if I don't wipe everyday my plancher flottant will be damaged also... this is so unfair it's upsetting. My heart goes out to the animalerie for what they are going through with the electrical issues and what not but I feel my situation should and must be rectified! Good day everyone This is a follow up to my situation. First of all congratulations on the reopening of the store. Firstly I would like to say that regardless of what happened I stayed a loyal customer to the establishment because the service is incredible especially Gabriel he is the greatest asset to this store in my opinion but everyone is great. As for my leaking aquarium the situation has been rectified and I couldn't be happier they took my old one back and gave me a brand new one in the box... I couldn't ask for more. Best animalerie in longueil and they have a permanent customer in me and I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much Sebastian... and thank u so much to Gabriel and the rest of the staff... see u guys soon
