Always nostalgic of the homey diner experience. Always have to get the eggs Benedict for myself. Love the fruit bowl! Pancakes super fluffy. lots of seating so didn’t have to wait long.
One of the best breakfast places Visited here as was in the vicinity on a Sunday Since we were hungry walked in here for some breakfast The restaurant is quite spacious Their service is excellent too Ordered 1 eggs under a blanket and 1 cheese omelette with extra cheese and cheese on top both breakfasts came with breads and home fries on the side The cheese omelette was the best I ve ever had with an overload of cheese inside and on top The omelettes are 4 egg omelettes so very good and filling The coffee was excellent too A great experience with awesome food and excellent service Would love to go there again
I love diners. I love this diner though it's very tight in there. Staff are do nice and service is very quick. Portion sizes are big. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they were horrible. They had a very strong backing soda taste. But the scrambled eggs were a 5 out of 10 and the fries were an 8 out of 10. Will be going back though cause like I said, I love diners
Today Milton Power was out from the storm Dec 3/22. Needed a Canadian Tire After being pushed out from Milton .. needed food ! A friend of mine , my wife and I … googled up a restaurant..this one caught my eye with the star listing … well, from the moment we walked in friendly … and when seated our host was Named Katie ..she was awesome ! A great personality and made our stay that much more enjoyable … served Brekie even till 1 pm ….this place is now on our list to “go to’s” again . Thank You very much Katie/greeters …and cook … this place is a true hidden gem!
Great breakfast options , super friendly staff . Tried the cheesy scrambled eggs with rye bread n bacon . Perfectly cooked with the best chose coffee u could ever desire for the day . 5 stars
Just enjoyed our first breakfast at Angels since moving to Georgetown. The food is decent - what you’d expect from a diner. Service is quick, prices are good, portions are big. One piece of advice for management is to get someone in there and give the place especially the bathrooms a good scrub down. The walls of our booth were pretty sticky and covered with juice/ food, and the sinks in the women's toilet have seen better days.
Went here with my gf for the first time last week. They were very accommodating with her and having a gluten intolerance! Made sure she could enjoy a meal while knowing she was safe to eat the food! The food is very tasty and we will be back soon!!
We went there today for the first time after a few years. It wasn't so good a few years ago. We found that there's quite a nice change. The food was very good no complaints there and it was reasonably priced. I would say that anybody going there for a good breakfast or dinner will not be disappointed. We found the service to be excellent and friendly and very professional. The atmosphere is a different story if you like Old Time restaurant type feelings like the 60s and 70s angels will provide that. If you want some fancy news decor and ambience of that that is not angels. It does not bother us we like that because we're of that era. All in all our experience is very good and we will return. Anybody reading this go ahead and give it a try I think you'll like it they have a varied menu to suit anybody's taste.
