We asked the folks at Ace Tool Rental for a memorable stop for lunch and they recommended Andy's. We ordered carry out. The fries in the Cod fish and chips were a little too oily, fryer not quite hot enough, breading was excellent. Clam Chowder was very nice, potatoes had skin on, which I like. Kathy got the fish tacos and liked them.
One of the best calamari I've had! I really like them super small and the clam chowder was good too. My husband really liked their French fries pretty expensive but I'm fortunate someone treat us to come here for lunch! We'll definitely be back
This restaurant came really highly recommended. We just had halibut, clam nubs and clam chowder. The halibut was dry and the clams were supposed to be strips and were all nubs - like the crusty stuff in the bottom of the fryer and completely overcooked. The chowder was good, but only found one chunky part. Our friend is upset the food tasted so bad. He says it's usually top notch. We live out of town so it won't be a problem not coming back. Tried it a second time, in person, and asked for halibut street tacos with no hot sauce...I received shrimp tacos with hot sauce. Eventually got my correct order. When we talked with our server about our previous experience she gave excuses about new hires and training. Our friend said he will talk with Andy directly. Hope it helps.
Great fish! We ordered a variety of dishes and were more than happy with all of them! The beer battered salmon was especially delicious. Great atmosphere, would highly recommend.
Fun country restaurant. It seems no man works in here. As far as I saw it is run by females, which is nice. My server was fun. I ordered clam chowder bread bowl and fish tacos halibut . Chowder was 8/10 and fish taco 7/10 . So I am very satisfied. Prices are also very fair. RECOMMEND
The food was so good! Got the gluten-free cod and fries. The service was pretty bad unfortunately. Waitress was super rude for no reason. I'm a server myself and I'm usually understanding with almost whatever when it comes to service at a restaurant. But I would never have spoken to my tables the way she did. Incredibly rude for literally no reason. I was actually shocked. I'd be back, strictly for the food. Maybe take out or request a different server and hopefully get better. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options
Overall a great spot to get fish in Snohomish. We had the pan fried oysters, cod, and a bowl of chowder. The oysters and fish were good, but the star of the show was the chowder. Some of the best we've ever had. The disappointing element was the sauces that were pretty flat and flavorless. The service was decent and friendly, but not speedy. Do keep in mind that they add a 6% charge to help pay the back of house staff.
Just get the fish tacos! Everything else is good but these are incredible... Plus it's a great atmosphere, especially for casual dates. Love this place and the folks are a lot of fun. Best tortilla chips in the northwest from my perspective, Really thick and home cooked.Food: 5/5
The prawn wrapper was amazingly tasty! I got a side of the pineapple habanero sauce to spice things up. I would get two extra tortillas if you order this entree, one just isn't enough for the job. While it was excellent, I want to note that it was quite messy to eat not that I minded. Our server Katie H did an excellent job with keeping up on our table and accommodating to our needs, as well as having great insight on beers and food. Thanks Katie!
I lived in the area for a few years before trying this place. Now that I’ve tried Andy’s Fish House I’ve been back multiple times in the last few weeks. The food is just too good. There’s a handful of gluten free options and the patio is great. The added 6% fee is a bit of a bummer for people that already tip well.
