Andrew and his team had been phenomenal since day one when I started my physiotherapy treatments. Always welcoming and accommodating to my complicated schedule. I recommended them to my family and everyone is super happy with the level of service. My back and shoulder cannot say enough thank you to Andrew!
Receiving service from Andrew showed me that being injured can actually be quite a blessing! I have been treated for 2 separate issues by Andrew, once in my teens, and more recently in my late twenties. Andrew is friendly, approachable, and a true professional who is passionate about his work and about helping you heal. I walk away feeling immense relief every session. What is even better is that Andrew takes the time to help you build a strong understanding of how your body works, what it needs in order to work even BETTER, and to become even stronger than before. Physio at ARC is more than just treatment. You walk away with tools and knowledge that will better serve you and your performance for a lifetime.
Amazing physio clinic! I came to Andrew with issues to shoulders and forearms as a physio newbie. Never did physio so I didn't know what to expect and if anything could be done for me. I felt immediately better after a few treatments. And it just got better from there. The follow-up sessions offer great support to maintaining well being. Andrew takes the time to listen and is always concerned with his patient. I also brought up a foot issue mid-way through treatment and he had a treatment and exercises for that as well. The clinic also offers other services like massage therapy. I had a massage with Melissa. By far, the best massage! After discussing with Andrew, she was able to focus on my particular issues. I highly recommend this clinic.
There is a physiotherapist for everyone and that's great. As for me, I found the best so far, and believe me, I am talking from an experience. I suffered from a tendonitis shoulder for over 4 months, before I decided to go to ARC Physio and see Andrew Roberts. My family Dr told me that I only need to rest; however, the pain became unbearable, especially during the night. Briefly, from the first visit with Andrew, I felt better immediately, and started to benefit of flexibility and sleeping better my nights, as a result of the natural treatments I received, without those none sense equipment other physiotherapists use, which I can give myself that favor at home instead. That's true, ARC Physio have their unique techniques to treat your painful muscle knots. I am definitely going back to ARC Physio and keeping random visits to maintain my physical healthy. Thank you Andrew Roberts from ARC Physio, I am back to my normal now and I know what I have to do, when necessary.
Had a great experience at Arc Physio. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Clean and comfortable environment. Andrew provided treatment , great advise , and exercises for my fractured wrist ...its only been 4 visits and already almost back to normal. I only have a couple more visits however should there be a need in the future I will definitely return to Arc Physio as I recommend them.
I came to Arc physio after reading great reviews and I'm here to give the same. Andrew and his team did a thorough analysis of the pain before starting any treatment. My treatment involved some massaging, stretching and lots of exercises to improve flexibility. It has been a great experience and will definitely return here because of my chronic pains, which I know will take a while to completely go away.
I loved the treatment and service that I received at ARC Rehab. I visited and met with Mark Gibara who listened to my needs and concerns and addressed them with excellent and professional care. During my massage, he made sure that I was comfortable and that the pressure was meeting my needs. I have had many massages over the years to treat my fibromyalgia, and I have to say Mark’s was the best. I recommend his healing hands and techniques to anyone seeking help for sore muscles or a relaxing massage. Thank you for making me feel so much better! I will be back to this fantastic team of professionals!!
I decided to try a deep tissue massage with Mark and I was impressed how much better I instantly felt after. I suffer with a lot of neck and shoulder tension causing headaches and he was able to identify the problem areas and gave me tricks I could do at home to release some of the tension. It was definitely a positive experience and I plan on returning again in the future to help with my Achilles injury.
I was very impressed with the care Arc Physio provided. They actually spend the entire time with you and not just 10 minutes and putting you a machine for the remainder of the time. They seem to genuinely care about helping their clients and finding them the best solutions to help them. Highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Chris for several years and I find myself to keep coming back to him, even if that means driving for 2 hours one way just to see him. He is great at his job, has an amazing sense of humour and is very approachable and carrying about the well being of his patients. I’ve built a personal relationship with him where I can feel free to ask him any and every question about my injury and how to better my daily life. He even checks on my progress and how things are going outside of our physio appointments. I know I am probably repeating myself with other reviews, but I wanted to make sure that I leave mine too.
