Best money I ever spent! Mr. Heft is always professional as well as extremely knowledgeable of the law and the court system. The Quebec legal system is slow. But Andrew does everything in his power to keep your case on track. He will not waste your money, or his time, on issues of no value to your case. Your job is to let him do his job. He is a man of integrity.

My daughter went through an extremely high conflict divorce case. When we met Mr. Heft he told us "I will fight for you" and indeed he did. He won every court case for us ranging from support to custody issues. He won with honest representation, integrity, tremendous knowledge and talent, always based on legal merits. His communication skills are outstanding. In every court case we were confident that we were in the best of hands. He was always there for us! Highly recommended.

Let me tell you... Mr. Heft took on maybe the nastiest case of his career with my divorce. Completely professional, completely in charge, and completely prepared and frankly, all of this resulted in the most favorable decision for me by the courts. Despite the roadblocks put up by the other side, he never got ruffled.. he just kept focusing on the goal and nailed it when it counted. I would say with 100% certainty that i would use him again...but of course, this 'lesson' taught me never to be in this position again! Best thing to say on top of all this is that he is a stand-up, first-class professional.

This lawyer is up to no good at all.  He is just about money and not morel or self and dignity.  His approach is to just make you feel that is all your fault hammering you and insulting your intelligent, so he can play his game on you.  He would gave points to other side just to get you in bigger whole and then ask  you for more money.  All the above reviews are his close family friend that within a week trying bring his review up.  if you just looking to get run around and lose money, he is the lawyer you should hire.  JUST STAY AWAY FROM HIM,  I would give him zero if I could

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew Heft. Without his determination, strong knowledge of the legal process and experience with difficult family law issues, I would not have joint custody of my children today. He is direct, tough, forthcoming, professional and most importantly, the  type of lawyer your want when your in a crisis situation. I owe him a debt of gratitude for how he represented me in the Quebec court of law. I cannot find the words to express how he saved me from a situation no parent should ever be faced with in life. He has a my highest recommendation and I have sent friends and colleagues to his law firm as a testament to my confidence in him.
