Would not recommend. Had multiple policies through their office but rarely responded back to calls and emails... essentially no service when making additions/changes or questions. Rep made a mistake, office said they would make it right but then lied to me and blamed the insurance company. Checked with the insurance company and found it it was Andrew Agencies that was responsible but still no resolution. Had to move everything out of there! I know others who have done the same.
I have been dealing with them for over a year, and their services are great. Chelsea is very helpful, and the broker Brett Ferguson is amazing as well. Continue to be good MLIs :
