Small shop, but very good after service! When i purchased my bike, i felt that everything was done rush to get me on my way and couple of little things missed, nothing major. Went back twice now, once for a little issue and the second time for recommendations. I had one of the mechanics explain what to do and and how to do it. Also asked another set of questions for future upgrades and i believe that I got some great advise from them. This last visit I really appreciated the time they took to really explain and provide the advise they did.

Excellent, fast and friendly service. Good prices, good selection, store has been there forever (since the 60's I think), so they HAVE to be good. Just got a new bike from them and my next one will be from them also. Update: The service is even better than I thought. The manufacturer of my new bike botched up my rear wheel and it took me a few weeks to notice. At best, I thought that I would have to wait a few weeks for DeVinci to return a new wheel to the store. After all, the bike I purchased was their cheapest road bike. Well, things don't work like that at André Cycle apparently. Two hours later, I'm on the road! My wheel is fixed (like new) and I am one happy customer. Thank you! You guys are awesome! I was treated like I bought à 3,000$+ bike when in fact, it was the cheapest you had. One happy customer

Good selection of Colnago, Trek and Giant bicyles among others. Very small space so you really have to dig in to look at the clothes, etc.

Très coûteux et service mauvais. Je suis entré avant un autre client et j'attendais au comptoir pour du service. Lorsque le propriétaire m'a vu, il s'est dirigé vers moi mais a bifurqué vers l'autre client qui avait un beaux vélo. Il n'a pas demandé qui était arrivé en premier et a simplement continué avec lui. arrivé à mon tour, j'ai eu un service très rapide sans sourire (contrairement à ce que l'autre client a eu droit). J'avais l'impression de le déranger.. Je ne vais jamais retourner à ce magasin.
