I spent the May long weekend at Andorra Accessible Cottages, and new owners Candice and David were great. They haven't owned the property long, but their vision is amazing, and the work they are doing to convert a couple of the cottages to being fully accessible is clear.  I stayed in cottage 9, and I highly recommend it. The property is gorgeous, and the cottage I was in had views of both the river and the lake. These are self-contained cottages, so be prepared to bring what you need. The kitchen is stocked, but you will need bedding and toiletries etc. In cottage 9, there is a cook top but no oven. When you book and I highly recommend that you do, I would inquire what amenities are in the cottage you are getting.  The property is well-maintained, and as the weather gets warmer, I can definitely see sitting at the fire pit by the lake or going out in one of the boats.  This was my first visit to the area, but I know that I will be back.

Absolutely love this place.  Easy drive from Toronto and offers all you need for relaxation, fun and adventure. The cottages are comfy, super clean and have all you need for a great vacation.  Owners are lovely and committed to ensuring an accessible vacation spot so all can enjoy. Highly recommend!

The owner's are friendly and good wholesome people really enjoyed chatting and bbq a whole chicken for their dinner as well as our own. Cottage c100 was excellent love the large screen porch looking out on to lake. We will be returning. Fishing was good thanks to the owner for showing us around the lake. We have stayed at several different cottages in the area. Andorra was by far the most beautiful. Cottages were extremely clean and well kept. Owners Barbara and Gearhart are so friendly. We can’t rave enough about this place, booking again soon!!Rooms: 5/5

Fantastic scenery, great fishing, excellent hosts. What more can you ask for? We have been 3 times and every time it gets better and better. Can't wait to get back there again.

This place is just fantastic!!!

I was there last September and had a glorious time, even braving the waters for a quick swim a couple of times. I was able to go around and visit different places, like the Cobalt Mining Museum in Cobalt, and the Fire Tower in Temagami for a gorgeous view of the area. I went for lovely long walks, went fishing, and had a wonderful time reading and relaxing by the beach. Candice and Dave are super friendly and accommodating, and are creating the best, most accessible place they can. I can't wait for my next visit this August, when I should be able to go in for a swim for longer than a couple of minutes! I highly recommend this place.
