The clerk was varying degrees of rude to every single client. Answered clients' queries by either repeating them back as statements or with assumptions. Effectively insulted the poor. Some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. There is another post office about five doors down.
The lovely counter person helped me repack my things to get a better rate on shipping. It's saved me $60 on five packages. Definitely going back
The store hours are near impossible to pick up packages if you're working 9-6. The few occasions I did make it on the weekends, it looks like they shut off all the lights in the front, and only turn on lights at the back for the post office area, which made it feel very dingy looking. Service was ok when I went.
I've been here a couple of times, the lady has always been nice to me, I don't why so many comments describing her rude
They don't know how to run a business. Rude... Also they don't open on time.
If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. The Female of Filipino descent who works at the post office is by far the rudest and the worst person that I've encountered that deals with customers. I honestly don't know how she is qualified to work as a post office clerk.
Service is appalling. The representative was nothing short of rude and at times abusive when questioned. Should never be allowed to face a customer or deserve to keep their job.
