I've gone to Jeri for at least 3 out of the last 5 years. I'm a young professional and her prices for me have been well worth every penny. Jeri is as sharp as a tack. She is no-nonsense and gets the job done. I have gone to her during my more complicated tax years and have no regrets. I have never had any problems with direct deposit, in fact, I felt she handled my account numbers with discretion and attentiveness. When I first moved out of Minnesota, I shopped around for a new tax agent and learned very quickly how much more reasonable her prices were. I asked her if she could handle my out-of-state taxes and she had no problems. She has handled my other complicated tax situations that are usually reserved for individuals older than me with ease. I trust her, and only wished I lived closer!

She did not double check bank account numbers for direct deposit before filing, even though she wrote them down correctly during the initial appointment. Now, my tax refund is sitting in someone else's account, forcing me to sit on hold with the IRS to try to get my refunds re-issued. Though her rates are fair, it is likely that I will find someone else to go to next year because of this experience.
