We ordered the special Anatolia platter and Saksuka. The food was very good. It was very stuffy inside as the AC wasn't on. My kids were very uncomfortable and didn't eat at all. They were going outside every 5 mins for fresh air. Waiters were never around and even our jug didn't get refilled with water. They didn't give us any instructions about payment finally after waiting a while I decided to go up to the counter to pay. It was quite comfortable and cold around the counter area. So, their AC was indeed working. Overall, the waiting service is pretty bad.
I ordered from Uber. All was fine until I found raw skin in the salad!! Called the restaurant to let them know. To share my concern about the risk they put us in. I thought it was important for the owner to know. instead of being understanding and apologizing, they told me that it happens!! I spoke to 3 different people, none of them assumed accountability! The 2nd person had the audacity to hang up on me. I was being questioned about this, what type of meat, why are you eating your food now.. this was not an issue for them at all! I highly question the cleanliness and food and safety measures of this restaurant!
Best chicken tacos ever nOverall the food is good but as a person of color i dont feel quite welcomed. Wish their service was as good as their food..
The place is great delicious food,friendly servers but it's soooo Hot in there u can't enjoy ur food.
Perfect meal! Very good quality. Good service. Good enough space indoor for dining, so social distance is ok. Very good menu, absolutely Turkish vibe! One of the best Turkish restaurants I have visited in Canada!
