We were made welcome in Amy's bar upstairs by Hilton reception from the moment we arrived until when we left. Huge thanks to Hugo and Zain who ensured we were happy and always had drinks and food when needed. Special thanks to Hugo though who took a genuine interest in where we were going and also gave us recommendations and tips when we asked - and very helpful they were. We saw them talking to and helping everyone in the bar, they were going above and beyond, creating a welcoming and happy environment. We look forward to returning.
We had the most amazing experience here ahead of holiday. The service was impeccable and we were very well looked after. We only had pizzas but they were very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
We waited for 45 minutes to get our order. No one every came to take our order, couldn't even get their attention cause they wouldnt even come near the table. Never ordered anything, we just left. They need more staff.
