Really good experience with AMJ, from the planning phase to the move with Samuel V's team. Everything was done professionally and meticulously. They kept me informed and made sure things were done the way I like. Great people!

Recently completed a province move with AMJ Montreal and had an excellent experience. Every time we called or emailed there was someone there to assist and get back right away. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely well-organized. They also give you timely call back and updates with confirmations and next steps, especially before the move, so this was also very helpful and reassuring.nnSpecial thanks to Frederic who was really great to work with throughout.nnThe movers came on time, took great care of our belongings and made the entire process smooth and efficient.nnHelpful suggestion - consider using their vault moving/storage option, this was really great and allows you securely store items until they are ready to unload - huge help during a complex move.nnWould highly recommend AMJ or anyone planning local or long distance move, will definitely use them again for any future move

I’ve never written a review like this before, but my experience with AMJ moving company through Crate & Barrel has been an absolute disaster from start to STILL WAITING FOR REPAIRS.nnDuring the delivery, the movers seriously damaged my home. They scratched my walls from the 3rd floor all the way down to the 1st, leaving visible silver metal exposed. They also left fresh paint marks from the damage all over the staircase walls and even took a door off its hinges. To make matters worse, they tried to act as if none of it was their fault.nnI’ve now been dealing with AMJ Montreal customer service for over a month trying to get these damages repaired. In that time, they’ve sent unprofessional, inexperienced people into my home, some of whom canceled or rescheduled five different times.nnThe “painter” they sent had no business touching my walls: he used ceiling paint on my walls, making everything worse. No one has taken ownership, and the situation continues to drag on with no resolution in sight.nnThis has been a complete nightmare. I expected a professional experience when ordering through Crate & Barrel, but what I received was careless, damaging, and shockingly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using AMJ for any moving or delivery services.
