Overall the move was good. Had previously given a five star until I discovered damage , which was frustrating, but they are working with me on insurance coverage... Hopefully this goes well.
Completely incompetent. Lost the same delivery TWICE in their warehouse. Did not even bother to let me know they wouldn’t be coming because of their mistake. Wasted a half a day waiting for them. Unprofessional at best.
Delivered the package right on time and let me know in advance when they were about to get to my place. Made sure the package which was heavy! was properly placed at my front door.
The delivery folks were super efficient. There was clear communication with the company leading up to the delivery date. Would use again!
