Loved everything about this place! Outstanding service! I had a coffee and dessert and it was absolutely delicious! The decor was great and the whole place was very clean. Lots of seating and easy to find!
My friend has been anxious to eat a good vegetarian Couscous for a few months but there was none ever available until now. Upon bringing it home, she was extremely disappointed to discover this Couscous wasn't fresh because it had a sour taste and smell. The vegetables consisted of overcooked carrots & turnips. Nothing else. She couldn't eat it at all as per photo attached. The entire order went to the trash bin for compost. On a scale of 1 to 10, she would give it zero!
Ordered Assiette Shishtaouk...with a side of Falafel...deliciously prepared. Delivered by Doordash right on time! Thank you!
Terrible after sales service. First, these guys are on UBER but when you order, it later tells you that they are handling their own deliveries. OK... sketchy but whatever, maybe it's for the best. So today, there's a lot of snow. Ok, I get it, not a problem and accept that it will take an hour. nearly 2 hours and the food hasn't arrived. Called to politely ask if everything was cool. I must emphasized that I was very polite and simply asked for an update. Got the silliest and most condescending response that I have ever received. Seriously, if my response was F.U. it would actually be well deserved but, I simply said ok and would wait a bit longer... Asked if I can cancel my order and they told me, deal with UBER. She then told me, you're order is ready and on our counter waiting for a driver... dude, it's been 2 hours... you're telling me a platter of chicken has been sitting there for 2 hours. Seriously. If you can't handle deliveries, don't do them. There's snow outside. Sure, we all understand that it will take a bit of time. When your order has been sitting somewhere for 2 hours, asking for an update is normal. I'm cancelling not because I don't mind waiting. I'm not going to feed my pregnant wife and kid chicken that's been sitting on top of a counter or in a car for two hours...
NOT the real thing! Chicken was bone dry, tasteless and without the usual condiment. It was all bland and not at all on par with other Amir franchises. Atmosphere is good but food was nasty. Super disappointed but staff was friendly.
Terrible service. Don't ever call for delivery either because you will not receive your order and they will blame you
Order arrived more than an hour later, still had to pay for it, I didn't tip, called the restaurant to say I want my money back, didn't cooperate and blamed on having "too many customers".Service: 1/5
Lovely place, where you can eat a delicious Lebanese food , with an authentic mint tea
It has a nice design and the food is always fresh. Vegetarian options: You can order dishes separately but if it is not on the menu then the prices may be different or added as an extra at checkout.
Beautiful decor! Extremely friendly staff. We arrived early and they were very kind and served delicious crepes and coffee.
