I went on Christmas eve later at night. It was empty obviously. The staff working there gave me the best ever eservice I ever saw at Amir. We got the food very fast as well and it was delicious as well. I got the brochettes plate and tried the shawarma as well which was good. I will be returning to this Amir in the futur if ever I'm in the area. Thank you

Everyone goes there and I understand why. The food is good. The staff is hardworking. The place is clean and most important... You feel like home because it's authentic Lebanese cuisine. You won't regret it. Parking: There's enough parking, it was 8pm when I got there.

First, I want to say thank you for being open late. I think you are the only place in Laval that is open until late hours in the night and let me tell you it is so appreciated. It saved me when I left the hospital at 12 a.m and every single fast food place in Laval was closed. Even the so called 24hour places. Second, even though it has been very late almost every time I have come to your restaurant the food has always been fresh. I can't tell you how great that is. Third, the staff has always been nice to me. They're quick and efficient and I don't have a hard time ordering or being understood by the staff while ordering which has become way too common in other places. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING ! PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE!!!

I haven't had Amir in ages. I picked up 2 mixed plates and they were massive. The meat was so juicy and flavourful, especially the shawarma.

Super slow service, I wasn't even asked for my order people after me in line were made to order before me and they don't even wear gloves. I simply walked out. Edit:Wowww thank you for the very very professional response

The bad reviews are hid under the good reviews by the relatives & friends I literally found plastic in my salad and the customer service is pathetic Never again at this location.
