This is a tough one to rate. The customer service depends entirely on which floor, which dept, your visiting. Getting a document Notarized? Awesome.Going to see the Town Manager on the 3rd floor? Also awesome. Admire the stained glass window in the stairwell, and the recently refurbished front doors. Handicapped access on the lower level & car chargers in the back.
Very poor customer service and they have no knowledge of their own departments.
They really need to train them how to treat the public
