Very friendly staff. Clean. The food is what some people call "bar food," but prepared well and with good service. My kids and I have been here several times since moving to the neighborhood. We usually bowl, but last week we did pool. The pool was a great deal and very fun. Classic bowling alley with good atmosphere.
Staff are awesome. We had a adult birthday party and all the staff was very helpful. Food was good, pizza and sides. They have drink specials. Bowling lanes were clean. They play decent music. We will be back again.
Always Helpful friendly staff. Clean lanes. Food has been good consistently. Enjoy the remodel layout of the gaming and billiards areas. Pool tables need to be leveled again after new flooring was placed though.
Great place for bowling! Love the vibe here all the time. The staff are great! I've been here 10+ times now and every time I've had such an awesome time here. Would definitely recommend friends and family to come here!
Mai brings so much positivity to the place! Very friendly and always goes above an beyond, my first time here she suggested me the blue island and gave me other options as well! Definitely coming more often
This place is alright. Pros: Friendly and relatively quick service. Clean facility. Arcade available. Bar with food menu available. Cons: Busy/loud. Didn’t have the fun lights or music we expected because the cyber bowling doesn’t start until 10:00pm. Even shortly after 10:00pm, they still weren’t playing any music, using any fun lights, and still played boring infomercials on the Tv, like come on! Also, way too expensive in my opinion. I hail from Green Bay so I am used to paying a few bucks for a game and a few dollars for shoes. That costed my boyfriend and I a whopping $43 here. They need to start the cyber bowling earlier and lower their prices.
I had the worst customer service from Mai. Felt very stuck up and rude. Very unprofessional. I over hear the way she was talking to her co-workers, and she was bossing them around and being very very rude to them. Inhumane. She rolled her eyes very much at multiple people. I won't be coming back if she is there.
We had an amazing time celebrating a birthday!! Staff were all amazing and made our evening special. Special thanks to Daza, Ysminn, Mai who took such great care of us!!
$45 for my son and I to bowl. Then you have to manually enter the scores because the sensor doesn't record the correct count. Then we paid for an arcade game card and 2 of the games don't work properly but still take your credits. Lame.
I love this place the manager Daza was very polite to me and my great grandson. She told us about the New Year Day special which was great for the both of us. Keep up the great service Daza
