Horrible customer service! I bought a dishwasher for my son which arrived November 16. After installation it turned oued it is not working. We called three times customer service and Were called that in 5 business days we will be contacted by a serviceman. At the end we called Bosch and relished they were never contacted by Tanguay. Now the technician will come January 12, two months later! They don’t care about customers after the sale.
Bought a fridge 11 months ago and it doesn't work properly, Tanguay sent me a tech but refused to have it on the warranty The contract says 1 year warranty parts/maintenance And the tech says there's nothing that can be done with the fridge. Don't buy from them, they don't honor their contracts.
I have ordered coffee machine 2 months ago and delivery date keeps getting postoponed. You should not sell something you were not able to deliver!

Good service. Not so much pressure to buy. Provides most of the good quality furniture. Went twice for shopping and bought oven there. Always had good service! A++
When they have sales, it's your best bet. We went during boxing day for a bedroom set, we compared prices with all other competitors from Leon's to Ikea. Now the Ikea in our area doesn't have much and charges for shipping. Tanguay had free shipping and the price was really close to the ikea prices and better than Leon's, add that to the fact it was all put together and better quality than ikea and it was a no Brainerd. We are really happy with our decision and they had great service that didn't push to up sell or push us to decide.
