American Style Coiffure

After 3 visit I must concluded that they don't care about customer service. They are always late. They don't have anyone at the reception. Not unusual to be standing in the reception area and be told someone will be there shortly and turns out for a wait of 20+ minutes. They will deliberately ignore you until you ask about what is going on. I had appointments for all my visits. The first and second time I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were in a rush or had new staff. After 3 time I believe it is the way they are. Once you sit in the chair the experience is good. Otherwise I would have given 1 star.

Amazing place. The service is amazing and the people working there are super pleasant. Overall great experience!

J'avais un rdv cédulé avec une coiffeuse et on m'a fait voir un coiffeur étudiant à la place qui ne parlait pas français r plus ..mes cheveux étaient à refaire aussitôt que je suis sortie du salon moi qui avait une soirée.....je ne retournerai jamais là et j'ai mis ainsi 35$ aux poubelles.
