The BEST family vacation! I went on this trip with high expectations after reading the description on the website. I was not disappointed and I would say it was even better than expected. We are a family with 9 and 11 year old boys and a 13 year old girl. All of us had an amazing time. We did the 4 day Hells Canyon trip in July and it was the perfect balance between excitement/adventure and relaxation. Each day was slightly different with tons of fishing on day 1, lots of rapids on day 2, rubber ducky kayaks and swimming on day 3 and relaxation on day 4. The guides were awesome. They are all safe, knowledgeable and fun. They work super hard to make sure you are taken care of and are having a good time. They all have their little area of expertise like fishing, boating or knowledge of the area. They certainly add value to the experience. Thank you guys! And then there is the food! Saying the food was amazing just doesn’t do it justice, it was seriously amazing and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Wow! We highly recommend this trip to other families.
Absolutely incredible experience! The entire experience from booking to saying our goodbyes was flawless. Our raft guides, Kevin, Wyatt, David, and Kyle, were professional, experienced, knowledgeable, kind, gracious, and the list goes on. Jarrett, Lauren, and Katherine were so helpful in getting us prepped with safety, river etiquette, gear, and travel to and from the river put in/take out. The food was outstanding! We were all cared for and catered to more than I could have imagined. We will be booking more trips in the future. Thank you for taking care of SHIP staff and Veteran's.
Over the top! My teen aged granddaughter and I took a 4 day/3 night trip through Hell's Canyon with America's Rafting Company--the trip of a life time. Excellent from beginning to end. The canyon is gorgeous, full of history and fabulous water. This canyon is famous for the rapids and they do NOT disappoint. Jarrett, co-owner with his super chef wife, Lauren, knows and loves this river, allowing all to feel safe and comfortable on the big water. Enough that, my grand and I took a double kayak through some serious rapids with confidence, loving every moment. This team is the best--skillful guides, super chefs, friendly and fun! AND they do EVERYTHING--unloading/set up and break-down of camp, fabulous meals, fun cocktails and help with anything you need . When you hit camp your tent is set up and snacks are waiting, traveling with them is like staying at a 5 star resort.
I just returned from a 5 day and 4 night rafting experience It couldn’t have been any better Americas Rafting Company delivered excellence in all aspects of the trip the food was amazing, the rafting guides were expertly prepared , safety is a high priority with Americas Rafting Company. There was a nice balance of class 3 and class 4 rapids that kept the trip exciting and not overwhelming. The wildlife was amazing I saw 4 cinnamon bears on the riverbank as well as seeing multiple bald eagles perched in trees and big horn sheep and mountain goats and deer and elk grazing on the river banks
I'd recommend these guys to anyone with utmost enthusiasm. I've been rafting since I was a toddler and have worked professionally as a guide on rivers in the Southwest. This was one of my first trips as a paying guest, and could not believe how well they cared for my fellow passengers and me. These guys work their butts off to make your trip exceptional. I was VERY impressed.
My husband and I just returned from the most wonderful rafting trip on the Snake River with America's Rafting Company ARC. We are 65 years old and were completely pampered for 5 days. This is my husbands 6th trip and my 2nd trip with ARC and I would highly recommend experiencing rafting at its finest. The scrumptious food, the personal guides, the Snake river both exciting Class 3 and Class 4 rapids, along with calmer waters made this a trip to remember. We also saw wildlife galore: bears, eagles, osprey, elk, and deer up close. Lauren and Jarrett put their heart and soul into making your experience very safe & relaxed, yet exciting. What else can I say but AWESOME!!! Went on the 5 day/4 night trip with a group of 10 friends and had such a great time!! Lauren, Jarrett, Bryce, Aidan and Nick aka Fake Aidan went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. From set to break down of the camps to amazing meals, beer, wine, cocktails and fantastic conversations...we could not ask for more! Thank you ARC for everything!!
